Friday 7th August 4 Paint a Pot Slots Available
If you would like to come in and Paint some Pots we need you to book your slot in advance by paying our £5 non returnable studio fee. Please note this is a group fee not a charge for each individual and has become necessary due to the expense of the changes we are having to make.
You can then either:
- choose and pay for the pots you want online so that we can get your things ready for your visit.
(This will help to minimise the time spent choosing when you arrive as we can get your pots ready for you before you arrive leaving more time for painting).
OR you can
- choose your pots when you arrive and pay by card (we will also need to collect your contact details as per government instructions)
We will currently only operate one table at a time in our shop area and in our Happy Potter studio in order to comply with government social distancing requirements. We have staggered the start times to help ensure that distancing can be maintained throughout your visit and it also allow us to leave a table that has been used to stand empty allowing aerosols to settle before cleaning procedures can take place in order for it to be usable again.
Please note that the maximum number in a group will be 6 and currently should be from 1 or 2 linked households. We have had to set a minimum of 2 people painting in the group for a booking to be viable for us and we ask that the number of non- painters is limited to one.
If you are an individual wishing to paint alone please do not use this system but instead call us on 07950557225 or call in the shop.
We have in place screens to protect customers while in the shop and also have face visors available for use while painting. Hand sanitiser is available on entry/exit.
Please be aware that our toilet facilities are available for essential use only as we will need to escort people due to the amount of contact points that we will need to be aware of (stair rail, workshop items/tables in fact any number of possible touch points) for cleaning purposes/
We have installed a paper towel dispenser.
The new normal means you will be required to stay at your table during your visit.
We support the wearing of face masks. Please read our Re-opening details before booking a table.
