Been watching The Great Pottery Throw down? Always wanted to have a go on the pottery wheel ?
This is your chance to come along as a family and have a go at throwing a pot.
In the session you will be shown how to "pull a pot" (we centre the clay for you in this session) as "centring" the clay is difficult to master and could take the whole session. If all goes well you may have time to try another.
Your pots will need to dry before being fired (this can take 2 or 3 weeks depending on thickness of pot). This first firing of your pot is included in the fee.
Options and charges for glazing/painting your pots will be discussed with you at the session.
Please do not attend your session if you have any COVID symptoms (new dry cough, high temperature, loss of smell). Contact us to rearrange.
